Insurance:
 
Currently, I accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna,

United Health Care, and Humana. ​​

Please note that every insurance policy is unique.

I am an approved provider but I do not know the nuisances of every

policy and I am not responsible for fees incurred if I am not an

approved provider for a specific network. Please call your

insurance carrier (the number is on the back of your insurance card)

and ask:
(1) Am I an approved service provider for your network?
(2) What is your copay?
(3) Do you have a deductible?
(4) Are there any limitations on mental health services (number of covered sessions? couples therapy? 45-minute or 60 minute sessions cover?) ?

Fees
Fees for service are due at the time of service. The cost per session without insurance is $125 per session. Sliding scale based on income is also available can be discussed. 

What if I forget an appointment or must cancel at the last minute?
A no-show full fee is charged for missed appointments if they are not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. I understand unforeseen circumstances and emergencies occur, so if you must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, please send me a message to explain if you would like to avoid the missed appointment fee.

What to expect at your first session:
When you arrive, you will enter the to the waiting room on your left. If you have received reminder message, then you are expected and that I will be with you momentarily. Appointments last 55-60 minutes.

Once an appointment is scheduled with me I will email you a link to the client portal to enter your information. If you have completed your profile online, then all you will need is your identification, insurance card and co-payment.
